Dimitris Sarantos was born on the 29th of January 1962 in Athens, Greece. His passion for athleticism and sports started from the beginning as Dimitris has been a gym trainer and teacher, football and basketball coach and also an Olympic sports judge in various amateur competitions.

His love for traveling and Panathinaikos☘️ played an important part of his life that he transferred to his family and beloved ones. On the 3rd of April in 1996, Dimitris was in the Olympic stadium in Amsterdam to watch the semi-final of Champions League, Ajax vs Panathinaikos (0-1). And that is just one game of the thousands that Dimitris has attended to.

Dimitris was a family man, with his wife Eleni and his two sons, Panagis and Marios. He met Eleni back in 1993 and since then they have been together on their life’s journey.

In mid 2000s Dimitris and Eleni wanted to start their own business in Kefalonia and in 2007 they built Sarantos Pool Suites. Even though there were numerous challenges, they were able to overcome them because it was their dream come true.
